EU DORA Compliance

Compliance Statement

TechSmith is not subject to Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA) and therefore does not provide certification of compliance. It is important to note that DORA is a regulatory framework specifically designed for financial entities and their designated ICT third-party service providers operating within the European Union. TechSmith does not fall within the definition of an ICT critical third-party provider as outlined in the regulation, and therefore, DORA does not directly apply to our business operations. While we are not subject to DORA, TechSmith remains fully committed to maintaining the highest standards of operational resilience, data protection, and cybersecurity. We maintain SOC 2 certification and hold other industry-recognized credentials that affirm our strong controls in security, availability, confidentiality, and privacy—principles that are aligned with the objectives of DORA. We continue to monitor relevant regulatory developments and best practices to ensure our services remain secure, reliable, and trusted by our clients.
